John Mirgiannis
CEO / Director / Founder
John is a law enforcement and criminal intelligence veteran with
decades of specialised operational police experience in Criminal Investigations, Technical Surveillance and Covert Operations.
John served as the Senior Technical Advisor to the largest police jurisdiction in the world prior to basing himself in the UAE. He is
an internationally accredited instructor able to create and deliver
courses tailor made to client needs.
He has instigated the development and execution of training
modules and intelligence courses; he has been instrumental in
identifying and preparing suitable personnel for roles as proficient Australian covert technical or undercover operatives.
Amongst other qualifications, John also holds Detective,
Advanced Detective, Economic Crime , Investigation of Money
Laundering certifications and is also an Internationally Accredited Instructor.
With an extended global network spanning intelligence, policing
and manufacturing spheres, John enjoys privileged connections
with industry peers as well as covert technical equipment
manufacturers.
Ildiko Mirgiannis
CFO / Manager / Founder
Ildiko is a qualified accountant holding a Bachelor in Business with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
She has worked extensively as a CFO and senior executive officer with start-ups, international producers and government organisations.
She excels in financial analysis, operating & capital budgets, cash & debt management, cost control, internal controls, contract negotiation, stakeholder relations and corporate business performance reporting.
Ildiko is fluent in English, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak and German and is also able to hold conversations in the German and Polish languages.
Well-known for her ability to negotiate with people at all levels, Ildiko is sensitive to local cultural and commercial differences and strongly attuned to people.
Ildiko is an expert at change management and able to win consensus and support for transformational change.
